Hi Everyone, First of all welcome to Charluxe Lashes. My Name is Charlotte and I am the face behind my brand.
My love for lashes started out when I was training to become a beauty therapist. It was only when I had my lashes done myself, that I unlocked my passion for eyelash extensions.
After training and many efforts to perfect my trade did I then take the jump to start my own business. It was very daunting at first. However I would never change a thing! Four years I have been in this industry now. I must say it is true, when you love your job as much as I do, you never work a day in your life.
My goal is to not only provide an excellent level of service but to make clients feel valued and confident. Self care is so important and I aspire to make others feel confident and empowered too.

Thought and care is always put in to every set, which are tailor made to clients needs as well as ensuring that the treatment is carried out safely.
Charluxe focuses on eyelash health which is properly achieved by correct isolation and not rushing clients.
Lashes are always the best quality as all fans are handmade ... no premade fans here. I'm a lash artist who offers 80%-100% coverage to every client (this is always dependent on lash health) to ensure lashes are long lasting and cause no damage.

What to expect on the day of your appointment?
PARKING
If you are driving. There are are spaces around the estate which are allocated for guest parking. I would kindly ask if all clients could please park in these spaces to avoid any conflicts with neighbours. I have attached some images of parking below.
Once outside if all clients could contact myself via Instagram/messaging and please make their way to the back gate, where they will be met by myself.
This spot is directly outside of the property. Please park here if no other cars are there. Please make sure your wheels are over the drain. The white car in the image is perfectly parked in the spot.
If 'SPOT 1' is taken please park across from the property on the other side of the green. This alcove is in front of the bushes and has room to park up to 3 cars if parked sensibly.
If 'SPOT 1&2' are taken please use this spot. This is to the left of the property on the other side of the road and is on top of the small flat bridge.

On the day of your appointment. I ask all clients that you please show up to your appointment free from any makeup, moisturiser or oil on the skin and most importantly not around the eye area.
If this is your first time having an appointment with Charluxe please make sure you have booked a patch test at least 24 hours prior to you appointment time. This is now mandatory and is needed for treatment to be completed. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being void.
