- No children/babies brought to your appointment

- Patch testing is mandatory for new clients for any of the following services, eyelash extensions, brow lamination & tinting. This is available to book through my booking link.

- Cancellations must be made 24hours before your appointment, failure to do this could result in appointments being rejected in the future.

- No appointments for under 16’s

- Parking, All clients please park in available alcoves around the estate (there is one directly outside of my house). Photos have been provided on my Instagram. Please message upon arrival via Instagram, the room is outdoors so clients will be met by the back gate.

- I do not give out my personal phone number.

- All bookings to be made via website/booking link only.

- No access to the toilet, please go prior to the appointment.

- Earliness and lateness. Please make sure you are no more than 5 minutes early to an appointment as I could still be with another client or on my lunch. Lateness 10 minutes or over could result in treatment time being shortened or rejection of treatment upon arrival.

- I am not accountable for your treatment after 48 hours from the time the treatment is completed. Neither am I responsible if aftercare advice is ignored and not followed correctly.

- Please ensure that your eyelashes and eye area (including above and below the lash line) are free from makeup, oils and moisturiser. This will effect the treatment and effect the bond of the glue and will definitely impact on retention and longevity of the lashes.

- I do not tolerate rude, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour. Anyone acting in this way in any form, will not have an accepted appointment, will not be rebooked and not be replied too.

- I do not offer refunds. (Please read FAQS)

- Upon booking there will be a £10 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee.

Please note by requesting and booking an appointment with me you are agreeing to all of my terms, conditions and policies. These have been put in place to protect myself and clients. As well as ensuring clients know and understand their own responsibilities when having lash extensions, as they require on going maintenance, attention and care which is a achieved by following and being strict with aftercare advice.

Failure to respect and adhere to my policies could result in rejection in future requested appointments.

For whatever reason if a client doesn’t accept my policies, I respectfully suggest that you please do not request an appointment with myself as all policies stated are non negotiable.
